n8n agent that keeps Approck’s conference directory current: Claude Haiku re-checks tracked event pages weekly, and Claude Sonnet with web search finds new conferences monthly. A Symfony API removes duplicates before results reach the directory.
Project-estimate tracker plus Slack bots for bench tracking, missing-report chasing, and team activity analytics — internal tooling that ran delivery operations for an agency of roughly 40 people.
