What I do

Product & Growth

At Approck VC, I own marketplace ops, deal flow, and revenue forecasting. $600k closed, 20+ acquisitions mediated, 50+ developer validation calls, 100+ listings published, and partnerships with B2Lance, Appcore, and Zorro-apps.

Technical execution

I ship Next.js marketplace features, build Python and n8n automations, and configure full martech stacks: GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Apollo, CloudFlare, and 7+ validated ad pixels.

Team & operations

Six years managing cross-functional teams across 10+ time zones. At Owlab, I grew into COO scope and hired or developed 40+ people. At Approck, I coordinate a 5-8 person core team plus agencies, contractors, QA, design, legal, accounting, and content.

About / Contact

I am based in Warsaw and work at the intersection of product, growth, operations, and engineering. My strongest work usually happens where the product surface, internal tooling, and commercial pipeline all need to move together.

Open to PM, technical PM, product, growth, or delivery-lead roles in Poland and the EU. Especially interested in companies where the line between product, ops, and engineering is thin.
